iWant to be apart of something big and wonderful that will bloom to be a popular site. This Pokemon RP site has alot of potential and is uber fun with half of the kinks still needing to be worked out. I love to help people and I hate seeing questions/topics going unanswered(not that I've seen any on this
site)

- How active are you on PR:SR?
Every since I've signed up, everyday

- Define what it means to you to be a good moderator.
Being a good mod means making the right and fair judgment even when its not the most popular one. A great mod means being a great leader and this will prepare anyone for leadership later on in life in terms of management and situations ethics that you will deal with later on in life.

- What do you think of current moderators as a whole?
The ones I've met (Darkeko, DLeck, Flame and Shad) are great. They tried to help me as best as they can and made the right calls in my decisions. One thing I've noticed is that one day one would be on and don't come online until the day after which is ok because real life does come first. They are good mods #HandleYoBusiness

- What qualities do you possess that would make you a good moderator?
Well I'm on almost everyday unless my laptop gives out on me. I respect my superiors wishes and rules and will make the right decisions according to the rules. If I'm not sure of something I'll make sure to get the answer for them or refer them to someone who know what the answer is. I reply almost instantly and if I don't reply instantly on a SL(story line) then it will be because I'm not 100% and I dont wanna post garbage.

- How well do you know the forum rules? How well do you know the section rules?
I'm familiar with most of the rules except for minor stuff like teams/groups of trainers that travel together, trading etc. I'll look over the rules again to see if I've missed anything but they seem to be straight forward. No hidden punches

- What section do you want to be a moderator of? (You may list more than one, but listing many will not help your chances)
Where ever you need me. I'll do Character/Pc/Moves/Pokemon Creation for when that big rush comes in and I reply almost instantly. I'll can also do the SL's (Story lines). With the right rules and codes to mod by, I can fit in anywhere...

- What else do you wish to put into your application that does not fall under the above questions but you feel can help your chances?
Well idk if this helps but I've played and beaten every gen of Pokemon except gen 2 & 6. The way my bank account is set up, I have a checking's and a savings account .... (Kevin Hart Reference)

- A friend of yours approaches you in private messages to let you know that he has been posting on Sennta while banned with his [insert username] account, but will not do it anymore because he doesn't want to get in trouble. What is your reaction as a moderator?
Even though he is my friend, I'll have to reinstate his ban and restart it from scratch. He knew he was banned and should not be posting. I'll also talk to the other mods about it to see if what I had done was the right thing.

Something to think about:

We have, at best, 6-12 totally active members. We also currently have nearly 7 mods, and administrators on top of that. So, it's not even five members to one mod. So, we're pretty well staffed. However, if Shad accepts you, congrats. I just wanted to say this because if you get rejected, you could possibly find a place among the mods at a later date when we have more members.

I can't approve or deny people when it comes to a mod selection, only Pumpkin and Shad can do it. I just wanted to point our some number logic ^^
